One of our hands down best finds on the road was not just one, but a PAIR of these incredible antique porcelain Chinoiserie foo fu dog lamps with the ORIGINAL shades! We love the black and white combo. We love the beautiful porcelain detail on each lamp. 

Both are in extremely good condition with no major chipping and no cracks. The shades are worn slightly but have an incredible black soft texture. The shades clip over the light bulb to secure to the light fixture.

Each porcelain figure sits on a black lacquered base and the wiring/lamp comes from the back. The lacquered base also has a slight brass detailing at the bottom. The attention to detail is immaculate on these lamps!

Each white porcelain base has "made in Japan" stamped into the porcelain. There are a couple small blue dots on one of the pieces that are part of the finish. 

Overall we absolutely love these lamps! They have the original wiring that can easily be replaced as needed without disturbing the piece overall. The wiring travels through a metal casing that create stand up lighting that comes from behind. Both are in great working order as they are.
