Midcentury Brutalist Floral Brass Art Sculpture with Marble Base By Jorge Lopez Portillo

This piece is an absolute jaw dropper. It is tall and textured and so visually intriguing. It's hard not to stare in wonder at it and want to explore it more. This piece is signed by the artist and has the makers information on the bottom.  It was made by Jorge Lopez Portillo out of Los Angeles California.

The base has a natural cut stone that has a layered brass bouquet with tall reed like flowers popping up and opening slightly at the sides and tops. each reveals a green volcano glass rough cut center that is emerald green and provides additional perspective as light passes through each one at different waves. 

The perfect addition to any decor setup to include such a unique touch that I have not been able to find anything close to online.
