We love the look of accent minimalist bentwood chairs. They have so much character and this one happens to have a really unique chevron shaped style back.
Has metal reinforcement between the legs and the frame. The seat used to be upholstered, but we removed it to bring it back to its original all wood styling. The chair has no markings as to where it was made or by who, but it reminds us of the unique designs by Heywood out of Romania.
The chair back channels have a little stress separation from use, but it doesn't compromise the back of the chair. The solid wood framing sides are still very much solid and sturdy. Sits flat on all 4 legs.
The seat top and frame has some beautiful surface patina with some chipped glaze etc.
Overall this chair would be the perfect piece for any space. Use in a tranquil bathroom by the tub, in an entry to put on your shoes, off in the corner to sit and read etc. Or mix and match it with other bentwood chairs at your table. The uses are endless.
Measure - 13" L x 19" D X 34.5" Height (from the top to the bottom of the chair.)
Seat measures -15" W X 16" D X 18" H from floor to the top of the seat.
