Starburst Curtis Jere Style Sculptural Wall Art

Curtis Jere was the collective name of two American artists, Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels, who created metal wall sculptures and other decorative objects from the 1960s through the 1980s.

Curtis Jere's pieces were typically made of brass, bronze, and other metals and featured abstract, geometric, and organic designs. Their wall sculptures were particularly popular, and many were large and dramatic in size and scale.

The partnership between Freiler and Fels began in 1963 when they founded Artisan House, a company that produced metal wall art and sculptures. They adopted the name Curtis Jere as a combination of their first names, and the brand became known for its high-quality craftsmanship and unique designs.
