Antique Wood Chair with Blue Velvet

We love the look of simple antique chairs. They are often more petite than newer chairs and this one is especially unique given the hand carved solid wood frame detailing. We love the light teal blue velvet with a lace like finish framing. The seat has a slight yellow stain that is super faded and hard to see without really looking for it (see photos.) The wood frame is in excellent antique condition with no major chips or damages or missing pieces.

The underside has a see-through black fabric that shows the amazing cross bound work on the original seat upholstery. The seat stuffing is still very much in-tact and solid yet comfortable. 

The two front legs have rollers built in for easy maneuvering the back two legs are without wheels to keep the chair flat on the ground. Overall a nice statement piece chair to put in a corner, mix and match with other dining table chairs or use anywhere in the house where you need a compact seat with style.
